We want you to be fully satisfied with your Knocked Loose merchandise, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn and unwashed apparel. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags and inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
